7 Weeks to Deeper Intimacy,  Authentic Connection and Personal Power

In our 13 years together, we have discovered 5 Key 'super-abilities' to create deeper intimacy and fulfilling relationships that grow and evolve over time.

We assert that if any one of these five keys are missing from a relationship, the relationship starts to deteriorate over time, no matter how much you may love each other. 

In the Love, Sex and Power Lab we will be presenting these 5 keys over 7 weeks which will support you in maintaining healthy power in your relationships, creating the experiences you desire that are 100% aligned with you.

In the Lab you will:

• Get to practice these 5 key abilities in safe, engaging ways

• Understand why current and past relationships are/were difficult and playfully and powerfully shift how your relate (change can happen fast!) 

• Gain greater confidence and courage to express your authentic self and your personal power with love, in all your interactions

You will get to practice these abilities in a fun and engaging way with other heart-centred, conscious people - and discover new aspects and realisations about yourself.
